- Advanced Integrations: Complex or custom-coded connections requiring deeper API work. Scale/Enterprise plans include a certain number of advanced integrations by default. Otherwise, advanced integrations may require a one-time setup fee (starting at $500), depending on complexity.

Overage Policy
If you exceed your plan’s monthly conversation limit, we charge for additional blocks of 100 conversations at $50 per block. Conversations reset at the start of each month, so you only pay for any extra blocks used in a given month.
For example, if you’re on the Growth plan (up to 3,000 convos) and you reach 3,200 in a single month, that’s 2 extra blocks (counting 100 conversations each), or $100 in overages.
Note: If you stay at or below your plan limit, there’s no overage fee. If you expect higher traffic, we can discuss upgrading your plan or creating a custom package.
