It greets the caller in the user's name, captures what they wanted, and asks for a callback number. - Real-time intelligence on every call: the AI classifies urgency during the conversation and triggers an automatic callback to the user within seconds when a genuine emergency is detected. Every call is also scored 1 to 10 for scam risk by blending caller language patterns, pressure tactics, and known fraud markers. - Live Cal.com calendar negotiation on the Solopreneur tier: the AI checks live availability during the call, offers real open slots, and books the appointment before the caller hangs up. - Multi-channel delivery within seconds of call end: email with summary, transcript, audio, callback number, urgency flag, and scam score on every call across all tiers.
