Terms of Service: Version History
Where an invoice, proposal, or statement of work cites a specific version, that version governs that engagement, and later changes do not alter it. Where an invoice does not cite a version, the version in effect on the invoice date governs the services covered by that invoice. Otherwise, the version in effect on the date the agreement was formed applies.

Added testing and acceptance, and the defect, change request and warranty window provisions. Added termination on 30 days notice either way, interest and suspension for overdue amounts, transfer of ownership on payment in full, and the requirement that you obtain call recording consent from the people on the call.
