Anatomy of one call

Six things happen between the ring and the inbox.

    Caller dials, AI picks up

    A call hits the user’s line and is forwarded by the carrier. The AI greets the caller in the user’s name and asks what they’re calling about.

    Two-way conversation

    No robotic menu trees. The AI holds a real conversation in a natural voice, captures what the caller wanted, and gets a callback number.

    Urgency and scam scoring in real time

    Every call is classified for urgency and scored 1–10 for scam risk during the conversation, blending caller language patterns with known fraud markers.

    Live calendar negotiation (Solopreneur)

    When booking is enabled, the AI checks live Cal.com availability, offers real open slots, and books the appointment before the call ends.

    Emergency callback when it matters

    If the AI detects a genuine emergency (medical, safety) it triggers an automatic callback to the user within seconds. Everything else waits.

    Multi-channel delivery in seconds

    Within seconds of call end, the user gets an email with summary, transcript, audio, callback number, urgency, and scam score. SMS for every call on Premium and Solopreneur; emergency SMS on Standard.

Voice customization

Sounds like the user wants it to.

  • Curated voice catalog spanning male, female, and character voices, with previews and per-voice attributes (gender, accent, age, vibe).
  • Tier gating on voice selection: Standard uses default voices, Premium and Solopreneur unlock the full catalog including character voices.
  • Custom assistant name used in the greeting.
  • Custom greeting line set per user.
  • Solopreneur business name and job context referenced by the AI during the call, so the voicemail speaks to the user’s actual line of work.

Carrier-aware setup

Three steps. Every carrier handled.

  • Country and carrier picker covering the major US and Canadian networks.
  • Per-carrier dialing codes generated on the fly: busy, unreachable, no-reply variants where the carrier requires them.
  • Disable codes provided alongside, so the user can turn forwarding off later.
  • Carrier-specific edge cases called out automatically (for example, carriers that need their own voicemail disabled first).
  • Embedded walkthrough video and a downloadable vCard so caller ID lands cleanly on the test call.
  • Shared regional forwarding numbers by default; dedicated area-code-matched numbers available on request.

Privacy by design

Forgets the caller as soon as it’s done.

  • Audio recordings auto-delete after 30 days.
  • Caller identity and call content are not retained beyond delivery. Only anonymized metadata is kept for the user’s activity history.
  • Activity tab deliberately omits caller identity and content; it shows timestamp, duration, urgency flag, scam score, and a callback-number indicator.
  • Fair-usage anomaly detection flags call-loop patterns, call-center-style volume, duplicate trials, and shared-line signatures so consumer plans stay priced for individuals.
  • Sensible defaults for retention and content visibility, baked in from day one rather than bolted on.
