Every applicant scored. Every timesheet checked.

Applicants, resumes, timesheets, and client invoices all have to agree, and every mismatch lands on a recruiter or a payroll coordinator. We build the scoring and the checks around your ATS, so your team works a short list of the items that need a person.

Real results

What two staffing clients’ systems did.

Live systems at two staffing clients. We don’t name the firms, their clients, or their candidates. Figures are rounded.

$1.7M+
Revenue among scored candidates

Direct-hire fees and invoiced contract billing, June to November 2026. Contract placements keep billing as they run.

~150
Placements that stood

Scored candidates also reached 1,500+ client submissions and 500+ interviews. That counts applicants and the candidates recruiters pipelined themselves. Recruiters made these placements, and we report where scored candidates ended up.

11,000+
Candidate calls handled

More than 8,000 candidates called back over eight months for one high-volume recruiting client, across more than a dozen markets. In one 10-day window, nearly 4 in 10 outreach texts drew a callback.

How a week runs

One week on the desk.

The days are illustrative. The figures come from real runs.

  1. Monday

    Candidates are scored and called

New applications get a fit score, a summary, and a note in your ATS, more than 12,000 across about 1,800 jobs. Outreach texts go out, an agent takes the callbacks, and the results are sorted for your recruiters.

  2. Tuesday

    Resumes update the record

A new resume refreshes the candidate record, nearly 2,000 so far with no one retyping. Parsers often stamp today as the end date on a current job, and our check caught every case in testing.

  3. Wednesday

    Timesheets get read

Handwritten timesheets become spreadsheets, and client time reports become upload files your team imports.

  4. Thursday

    Hours and invoices get matched

One client invoice of more than $225,000 was checked line by line. In one weekly run, every worker in the time report was found in the other system and the exceptions went to a person. Filtering out direct-hire placements cut one missing-time report from more than 650 rows to fewer than 90.

  5. Friday

    Pay gets audited

In an acceptance run on a real pay week, every consultant but one matched to the penny. That one was a $3,000+ mismatch for payroll to resolve.

What this looks like

What we build for staffing firms.

We’ve built on Bullhorn, and we work from the exports your VMS and client portals already produce.

  • Applicant scoring

Every new application gets a fit score, a short summary, and a note on the record.

  • Resume-to-record refresh

A new resume updates the candidate record on its own, with checks for the errors parsers commonly make.

  • Candidate calls

Text outreach goes out, an agent takes the callback and screens the candidate, and the outcome is sorted for your recruiters.

  • Timesheets and upload files

Reads handwritten timesheets and turns client time reports into upload files, re-run daily without carrying the same hours twice.

  • Hours, invoice, and pay checks

Compares reported hours, invoices, and payable amounts, line by line. Exact matches clear, and differences go to a person.

  • Missing time and audits

Finds who hasn’t submitted or approved time, reminds them, and runs placement and job-posting audits.

Where it fits

Who this fits.

  • Healthcare staffing

Many client systems, rate rules that change by contract, and timesheets that still arrive by hand.

  • Contract and light industrial

High applicant volume and weekly pay. Texts and screening calls carry the first contact, and one wrong rate can repeat every pay period.

  • Professional and direct hire

Fewer timesheets, more resumes. Scoring and record refresh do most of the work here.
